How do I book bridal makeup?
Choose a service or package, check your date, and pay the advance to confirm. You can book a trial first.
Do you travel to the venue?
Yes. Travel charges depend on the location and are shown before you pay.
Custom orders
How do custom orders work?
Send us your idea and photos from the Custom Orders page. We’ll reply with a quote; once you approve and pay, we start making it and share progress photos.
Are my photos kept private?
Yes. Only our team can see them, and they’re deleted after your order is complete.
Orders
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship items leave within 2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 days. Made-to-order pieces show their making time on the product page.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, for most pincodes and order values. You’ll see the option at checkout if it’s available for your order.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner, plus cash on delivery for eligible orders.
