Shipping

• We ship across India. Ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 2 working days; made-to-order pieces show their making time on the product page.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
• You’ll get tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• Ready-to-ship items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to us with your order number and photos.
• Customised and made-to-order pieces can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from what we agreed.
• If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with an unboxing video or photos and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return.
