Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order or booking: your name, contact details, addresses and, for custom work, the photos you choose to share.

• Photos you upload for custom orders or bridal consultations are private. Only our team can see them, and we delete them after your order or booking is complete (by default 180 days later).
• Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
• You can download your data or ask us to delete your account from Account → Privacy.
