Orders

You can cancel an order before it ships from your account or by messaging us. Made-to-order work that has already started can’t be cancelled.

Bridal bookings

The advance confirms your date and artist. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a refund of the advance minus a processing fee; within 30 days the advance is not refundable, but we’ll try to move your booking to a new date.
